We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed in December, so that you can easily exchange or return Christmas presents. If you order between 1st and 20th of December, we accept your return until 7th of January.
Delivery on time is important to us. Please consider the last order dates & the delivery terms below to receive your order until the 23th of December.
Germany: please order until 20th December
Other EU countries: please order until 16th December
Switzerland: please order until 20th of December
USA & Canada: please order until 20th of December
These order dates are valid for all stock products with displayed delivery time of 2-3 working days (when choosing your size & color). Your order must be paid immediately by Paypal, Credit Card or Sofort. If you choose bank transfer, please order 3 working days prior to these dates and arrange bank transfer immediately after your order.
We guarantee shipment on time on the day after your order for all stock goods. Delays caused by GLS & Fedex and delays due to custom checks are not part of the guarantee.
