STORING & PROTECTING
Store your jacket at normal room temperature out of direct sunlight. Be sure to avoid radiators and other sources of heat. Ideally, avoid exposing your jacket to rain or other damp conditions, as this can cause its hairs to clump.
MAINTAINING FLUFFINESS & VOLUME
Shaking out artificial fur removes dirt and makes it bouncy.
Brushing helps retain its fluffiness and volume, especially after it gets wet. We recommend using children’s brushes, such as the Tangle Teezer. Brush as softly as possible in both directions and avoid overbrushing, as this can wear out the fibers.
WASHING & DRYING
Ideally, seek professional chemical cleaning, though handwashing is also possible.
Leave your jacket soaking for 15 minutes in cool water with a mild detergent, but don’t add fabric softener. Then rinse the jacket and hang it to air dry. Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Don’t worry about seemingly clumped fur: when the jacket is completely dry, simply brush it softly and shake it out.
