Here you find all information regarding our FREE 31-DAYS EXCHANGE service & about returns with our 14-days MONEY-BACK-GUARANTEE.

We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed in December, so that you can easily exchange or return Christmas presents.

If you order between 1st and 20th of December, we accept your return until 7th of January.

If you placed an order with us during the Black Week period starting November 17, you can exchange your order for FREE until January 7, 2025, for any other products or sizes.

For returns with a full refund, our 14-day return policy applies (starting from the receipt of your order).

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 31 DAYS for a FREE EXCHANGE, or within 14 DAYS for a FULL REFUND.

We want you to be 100% happy with your WeLoveFurs product. That’s why we offera free 31 days exchange policy to all our customers within the European Union & the USA. This service includes free return shipping, a free exchange service to another size or product & free shipping back to you.

Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us, that’s why we offer a worldwide full money-back-guarantee, if you want to return your items. In any case, please send us your return in unworn original condition and packaging.

For refunds, please choose "Right to Withdraw" at our contact-form and fill out all fields. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with all details how to send back your return. We suggest to send your returns as insured and traceable parcels – for example with DHL, Fedex or GLS. Please note that we can't refund any return expenses or costs linked to returns (except for exchanges).

We want to offer our customers from the US & Canada the easiest product return service: 

if you request a return at our contact form, we set up a Fedex return label for you & take care of the entire custom clearance and return process. If you are returning for a refund (and not for a free size exchange), there will be a small fee of 25$ deducted from your refund.

We are doing our best to make the returns process as easy and as cost effective as we can for you, and so we are subsidising the returns fee to assist with this. This fee is to assist with the cost of returning your item to us. This fee does not cover the full cost of the return, we have reduced this as much as we possibly can and we, as a business, are contributing the remaining cost of your return.

We also offer our 14-days-return policy to customers from Non-EU-countries (like Switzerland or Norway). But please consider that due to high duty charges and export fees that WeLoveFurs pays for the export to Switzerland, we need to keep 40€ for the return of such orders. If you are returning for a refund (and not for a free size exchange), there will be a small fee of 40€ deducted from your refund. We are doing our best to make the returns process as easy and as cost effective as we can for you, and so we are subsidising the returns fee to assist with this. This fee is to assist with the cost of returning your duty paid item to us. This fee does not cover the full cost of the return, we have reduced this as much as we possibly can and we, as a business, are contributing the remaining cost of your return.
